I have this weird thing where almost every day, often a few times a day, I’ll be reading or writing something and something in the background, usually tv, says that word at almost the same time. Or I’ll be driving and a word comes up in my constant inner monologue only to look up and see it on a billboard or sign.
There doesn’t seem to be a pattern or actual message. And some days it happens more than others.
Depending on the situation, I tell myself that it’s a sign from my brother who passed (when it’s ridiculous or silly because that sums up our relationship) or a sign from the universe that everything is going to be okay and is going as planned.
It’s actually quite comforting.
One of the essays in my thesis book is about synchronicity, so I’ve always been aware it existed, but this is just wild.
I’ve tried keeping a journal of the words but after a day or so without seeing any connection, I stopped. I’m going to try again and also pull my daily tarot to help the possible message along.
